The 5 Star Focus programme is a 5-day coaching & mentoring programme designed to help entrepreneurs, freelancers & business owners find clarity & focus to achieve their goals.
Each day is centered around a specific theme:
- Monday: Inspiration
- Tuesday: Getting Started
- Wednesday: Funding & Finance
- Thursday: Growing & Scaling
- Friday: Keep Going or Pivot?
The programme is ideal for individuals who feel stuck, overhelmed or need practical support in taking their business or project to the next level.
It is especially beneficial for entrepreneurs, leaders & creatives who wish to innovate or better manage their business or organisation with a particular focus on raising their profile, digital marketing, business development, funding & sales.
How does this work?
The 5 Star Focus programme helps you get clarity & focus on whatever it is you need to take your business, idea, project or career to the next level.
Every day over 5 consecutive days (Monday-Friday) we will have a 1hr, 1-2-1 video call during which we discuss the theme for the day, the relevant tasks that need to get done, challenges you might be facing & ways you can overcome them on your own & with my direct help & hands-on support.
On day 1, I will create a Trello board (online To Do List tool) based on our first session which is unique to you that we can both access & collaborate on across the week.
We use this to focus our discussions & turn specific ideas into action, helping you to achieve or get closer to your objective(s).

My name is Paul Lancaster & I’m an award-winning practitioner with 25yrs of experience & expertise in; building & managing communities online & offline, personal online branding, inbound marketing, content marketing, digital marketing & social media, business development, sales, recruitment, networking, PR & events for startups, micro businesses, established SMEs, scaleups & large organisations.

One of the best & worst things about being an entrepreneur, business owner or creative is you don’t have a boss telling you what to do. However, just like the edges of a canvas help an artist do a better painting, I’ve learned that we still need structure & focus in order to achieve our goals. We also benefit from having someone to hold us accountable to the things we say we want to do, otherwise they won’t get done!
When does the 5 Star Focus programme take place?
If you choose to work with me, we will do 1hr of coaching per day via Google Meet over 5 days (Monday-Friday) at a time that is convenient for you, agreed in advance.
5 Star Thrive
In addition to the 5 Star Focus programme, you can get 1-2-1 coaching from me every month through my 5 Star Thrive programme.
This comprises of a 1hr, 1-2-1 coaching session every month plus follow-up on agreed actions, hands-on support from me plus optional group coaching / mentoring sessions with guest speakers.
(Ideally, you should have done my 5 Star Focus programme with me first but that’s not essential).
How much does this cost?
The 5 Star Focus programme is £500 per person. The 5 Star Thrive programme is £150 per person per month which is taken by Direct Debit that can be cancelled any time.
